And i verify true SA by running NetMonster (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.mroczis.netmonster) during a 90‑second data pull and confirming there’s no LTE EARFCN or EN‑DC anchor; I grab a timestamped screenshot of PCI/NR‑ARFCN as my BDC-style audit. “Went live first” is nice, but if the trace isn’t NR‑only I don’t count it — @alex-k, are you seeing any reliable NR stats on iOS without a Mac tether?
If we’re still arguing about “went live first,” the fastest sanity check I use on iPhone is Field Test ( 3001#12345# ): in RAT > NR it should show SA with no LTE anchor, then a short data session confirms it sticks.
On Samsung I trust *#0011#: if S-NSSAI populates and IMS shows NR registered, that’s SA; if S-NSSAI is blank, it isn’t — ignore the 5G icon. @ashields45 have you seen S-NSSAI present while Field Test still shows an LTE leg?
