Lightweight system for closing the feedback loop

We run a 20-minute Friday feedback triage where Intercom tags flow into Jira components via a Notion mapping, and it cut duplicate tickets by 18% last quarter. Does anyone have a lightweight rubric or script for scoring impact vs. effort so we can turn user feedback into prioritized improvements without slowing agents down?

We use a lightweight ICE score in Intercom: agents pick 0–2 for ‘Impact’ and ‘Confidence’ via a macro, and Notion calculates ICE = (impact × confidence) / effort with T‑shirt sizes mapped to numbers to auto-rank Jira. Small tweak: add +1 weight if the user is in a target segment or the feedback blocks onboarding — think speed‑dating for ideas. Do you already tag segment in Intercom, or should the macro add it?
