Resolving persistent network outages

I’ve noticed a recurring issue with network outages in our office, particularly during peak hours — has anyone else experienced similar problems with the new router setup? It seems to drop connections unexpectedly, and we might need to check the firmware version or the configuration settings.

I’ve dealt with similar outages during peak hours, and I found that adjusting the Quality of Service (QoS) settings on the router really helped prioritize bandwidth for critical devices. It might be worth checking if your router has that option. Have you noticed if it affects certain devices more than others?
