Troubleshooting Remote Access Issues

I’ve been getting a lot of reports about users having intermittent issues with remote access through our VPN after the recent update. Has anyone else experienced this, or found any solutions? It’s affecting productivity and I need to pinpoint whether it’s a server-side issue or something on the user’s end.

I’ve noticed similar issues post-update — could it be related to the new security settings? Have you checked the logs?

Have you checked the VPN logs yet? They might reveal if it’s server-side or user-related. It could also be worth looking into the new security settings. :thinking:.

One thing that might help is checking if users have the right DNS settings after the update. I had a similar issue before, and adjusting the DNS resolved it. Have you tried that yet?

Have you tried resetting the VPN client? Sometimes that can clear up weird connectivity issues. It’s worth a shot?
